Dealing with Insufficient Funds/Rejected Deposits

Most credit card transactions are declined as a result of a conflict with the card-issuing bank or because of an insufficient credit limit.

How to Handle a First-Time Rejection

1. Attempt to make the same deposit again. In many cases there is simply an error in the connection or the information was improperly reported the first time and the second deposit goes through.

2. Check to be sure that the address provided for your player account matches the billing address for your credit card.

3. Attempt to make a smaller deposit. Some banks have a ceiling on the amount that can be transferred in a single transaction.

4. Use a different card. If the above steps do not resolve the issue, then you may need to use a different card (and bank).

5. If Steps 1-4 do not resolve the issue, then contact the card-issuing bank. In many cases the account holder must approve the removal of blocks or transaction limits.

Because credit card deposits have so many limitations, we recommend that our players try one of our preferred service methods. You could earn an additional 10-15% on every deposit! Read more!
